Enquiries, quotes and services

The website describes window cleaning, pressure washing and soft washing services. Availability, surface suitability, scope, pricing and scheduling must be confirmed with us. Calling, texting or requesting a quote does not by itself schedule a service or create a service agreement. Any agreed quote or service terms are provided separately.

SMS Terms

Program: DIRTY. Exterior Cleaning service-related SMS/MMS, operated by Darius Brooks. Messages may include responses to quote enquiries, scheduling conversations, appointment and arrival updates, and customer support. This program does not include promotional text campaigns.

Signup: Read the signup disclosures at our SMS signup, check the optional consent box, open the prepared message, then send START from your own mobile phone to (469) 535-7760. Consent is not a condition of purchase. You can call for service without subscribing to SMS. Only submit a number you control and are authorized to use.

Frequency and charges: Message frequency varies with your enquiries and services. Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier determines your plan charges. We do not charge a separate SMS subscription fee to customers.

Opt out: Reply STOP to stop messages. You may receive a final confirmation of your opt-out. To rejoin, send START. A call or separate service agreement remains available if you choose not to receive texts.

Availability: Texting is currently being activated. Until activation is complete, please call for quotes and support. SMS delivery is not guaranteed and may be delayed or blocked by carrier or network conditions. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. This number and SMS program are not an emergency service.

Privacy: See the Privacy Policy for how we handle customer information and SMS consent. We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

Using this website

Use the website and contact options for legitimate enquiries. Do not use them to send unlawful, abusive or misleading material. Links that start a call or text are handled by your device; no message is sent until you send it in your own app.
