This policy describes how Darius Brooks, operating as DIRTY. Exterior Cleaning ("DIRTY.," "we," "us"), handles information in connection with this website and exterior-cleaning enquiries and services.

Information you provide

If you call or text us, we may receive your name, phone number, service location, requested services, property details, photos you choose to send, and the contents of your communications. Please provide only information needed for your enquiry.

The SMS signup on this website opens your own messaging app. We receive its contents only if you choose to send the message. Checking the SMS signup checkbox alone does not transmit your contact details to us. If you use the quote request form, we receive and store what you enter (name, phone, optional email and address, services, details and your contact preference) in our customer records so we can respond. The quote form does not sign you up for text messages. If you tick the optional email box, we record that consent with the wording shown and the time.

How we use information

We use information to respond to enquiries, prepare and discuss quotes, arrange services, provide service updates, maintain customer and consent records, honor opt-outs, and meet applicable obligations. SMS signup covers service-related conversations, not promotional text campaigns.

SMS information and sharing

We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

We may use service providers to deliver communications, host the website and maintain business records. Those providers process information as needed to provide their services. We may also disclose information where required by law or to protect rights and security. These service and legal disclosures do not authorize third-party marketing with your SMS opt-in data.

Website hosting and cookies

This site does not add advertising trackers, analytics scripts or its own cookies. To limit abuse of the quote form, we keep a one-way (hashed) form of the submitting IP address for rate limiting. Hosting infrastructure may process technical request information, such as IP addresses, browser information and access times, to deliver the website and protect it from abuse. Your browser, operating system and mobile carrier handle calls and SMS links under their own settings and policies.

Retention and security

We retain customer communications and service records as reasonably needed for customer support, service delivery, consent and opt-out management, and applicable obligations. We use reasonable safeguards; no internet or messaging system is entirely secure.

Your choices

SMS consent is optional and is not a condition of purchasing services. Reply STOP to opt out of texts, or HELP for help. You can request access to, correction of or deletion of information by calling us. We may need to verify your identity and retain some information for legal, operational or opt-out purposes.
